This license operates on a straightforward and flexible basis, with no ongoing subscription fees. However, the licensor reserves the right to revoke access or terminate the license at any time without prior notice. Due to the nature of digital products, NoMoreStaff software is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once access has been granted.
NoMoreStaff does not guarantee that the software will meet all user requirements or operate without errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, business disruption, or contract loss) are disclaimed. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

In no event shall NoMoreStaff be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruptions, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the software. Additionally, NoMoreStaff shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If NoMoreStaff is found liable for any breach of this Agreement, liability will be limited to the actual amount paid by the user for the software or services, and users hereby waive any claims exceeding this amount.
Users are solely responsible for any content they create, modify, or distribute using NoMoreStaff software. The company is not liable for any consequences arising from user-generated content.
As NoMoreStaff continues to evolve and introduce new features, pricing may change. Users who purchase at the current rate will not be subject to retroactive pricing adjustments but should be aware that future purchases may reflect different pricing structures.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is established between you and NoMoreStaff by using the services provided. Users agree not to present themselves as representatives or employees of NoMoreStaffand acknowledge that the company is not liable for their actions or representations.
