This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NoMoreStaff, represented by Marc Louvion, and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the NoMoreStaff coding boilerplate (the "Product"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Personal License

Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Create unlimited projects.
Develop applications or websites for personal or commercial use.

1.2 Team License

Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Create unlimited projects.
Build and develop applications or websites as part of a team.
Share the code with team members.

2. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

Resell or distribute the NoMoreStaff boilerplate as a standalone product.
Modify or remove copyright or proprietary notices.
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Transfer, rent, or sublicense the software.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

NoMoreStaff retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the boilerplate.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

NoMoreStaff is not responsible for any damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between NoMoreStaff and the Licensee.
